HK KZS-D CALCIUM SILICATE BLOCK CLAMP 5.000 – 6.000 KG

The HK KZS-D calcium silicate block clamp is our heavy-duty clamp without centre of gravity positioning for partial packs. The hydraulically damped wide-pivoting suspension can be locked by solenoid valves so the clamp can be held rigidly in position while partial packs are picked up and rotated. It also enables accurate manoeuvring when placing elements in the storage depot.

Our JKB HK KZS-D calcium silicate block clamps are robustly constructed, with each clamp arm comprising eight or more vertical beams and five or more large pivot points.
The clamp can be fitted with clamping arms with single or double black or white PU pads at the bottom. Single or double row of plastic clamping blocks (hinged suspended) are also available. This means the clamping arms are extra strong and straight. With this double row of hinged clamping blocks, the elements are suspended more stably in the clamping jaws.
If two layers need to be picked up together, the clamp can be fitted with additional top layer supports. These are mounted halfway up the ends of the clamping jaws using a sprung pressure plate that holds the outer element.
