Static E-Power Concrete Stacking Block Tilter + Clamp

The JKB static E-Power concrete stacking block tilter is a further development of the corded version.

In this new configuration, the tilter is equipped with a battery, eliminating the need for a nearby power outlet during operation.

This allows the machine to be positioned virtually anywhere on site, provided it is placed on a flat and stable surface. No power cable needs to be connected during operation.

Thanks to the very low power consumption of this new configuration, the battery easily provides sufficient capacity for a full day’s production of concrete stacking blocks. Simply recharge the machine in the evening using the built-in charger, and it will be ready for use again the next day.

The tilter is designed for the safe and easy tilting of concrete stacking blocks with lengths ranging from 800 to 1600 / 1800 mm.

Its compact design requires very little space and makes it possible to tilt both short 800 mm concrete stacking blocks and longer 1600 or 1800 mm blocks without the need for special attachments.

Operation is simple and safe using the radio remote control, allowing just one person – for example, the operator supplying the blocks – to work independently and safely. As soon as the control button is released, the machine immediately stops tilting.

In combination with the special JKB mechanical concrete stacking block clamp

When combined with the special JKB mechanical concrete stacking block clamp, freshly demoulded concrete stacking blocks can be safely gripped between the studs and moved.

The specially shaped clamping jaws reach over the studs, allowing the block to be gripped around its centre.

This is in contrast to clamps that grip the block at the very top, where there is a risk of fresh concrete breaking away and the block falling from the clamp, with potentially serious consequences.

This system may allow the blocks to be removed from the mould at an earlier stage, helping you achieve optimum efficiency and utilisation of your existing moulds.

With this combination of the E-Power concrete stacking block tilter and stacking block clamp, the production and handling of concrete stacking blocks becomes safe, productive and sustainable for both operator and equipment.
