Static Concrete Stack Block Tilter + Clamp

The JKB static concrete stack block tilter is designed for the safe and easy tilting of concrete stack blocks with a length of 800 to 1600 / 1800 mm.

The tilter features a compact design, requiring minimal space and allowing both short concrete stack blocks of 800 mm and longer blocks of 1600 or 1800 mm to be tilted without the need for special attachments.

Operation is simple via radio remote control, enabling a single operator—such as the person supplying the blocks—to work independently and safely.

In combination with the special JKB mechanical concrete stack block clamp, freshly demoulded concrete stack blocks can be safely gripped and moved centrally between the studs.
The specially shaped clamp jaws grip over the studs, ensuring a deep and secure hold on the block.
Unlike clamps that grip only at the top—posing a risk of fresh concrete breaking out and the block slipping from the clamp—this system significantly improves safety.

This allows the blocks to be removed from the mould at an early stage, achieving optimal efficiency with your existing moulds.
