The JKB SECO brick and block clamp is based on the lightweight ECO brick and block clamp, and whose larger clamping cylinder, reinforced clamping arms and a double lower beam give it a capacity of no less than 4,500 kg.

In practice, besides being used on standard volume transport of brick packs, it is also used extensively for moving Calcium Silicate blocks, industrial floor slabs, interlocking concrete blocks, and steel and concrete barriers.

Description

  • Lightweight construction using two clamping tapered beams per side and a double lower beam manufactured from special high-quality steel;
  • Its lower weight results in a higher crane residual capacity and an increased load capacity of the total combination;
  • The characteristic red clamp cylinder combined with the clamping arm leverage and black rubber pads that are fitted as standard result in a high gripping force.
  • Load-holding valve prevents a reduction in clamping pressure if there is a drop in control pressure;
  • Two hydraulic hoses with standard JKB 1/2” quick couplers (male);
  • Easy-to-operate width adjustment via clamping adjustment pins with a large handgrip and conical search edge;
  • A large range of (EV&DV) extensions and accessoires can be fitted to the lower grab beam;
  • Long service life due to low-maintenance construction;
  • Parking mode for upright clamp storage;
  • Suspension suitable for shaft rotators combined with optional JKB lower rotator link;
  • Can be fitted with parallel guides for symmetrical movement of the clamping arms.
