JKB HK Block Turner – Hydraulic Concrete Block Turner

The JKB HK Block Turner is our hydraulic concrete (Lego) block turner, designed to safely tilt concrete blocks with the stub side facing upward.

This unit is hydraulically capable of:

• Clamping

• Tilting (unlimited rotation)

• Rotating (unlimited rotation)

An essential tool for your operation – enabling fast, safe handling and tilting of concrete Lego blocks.

Compatible block sizes (L×W×H):

• 1600 × 800 × 800 mm

• 1600 × 800 × 400 mm

• 1200 × 800 × 400 mm

• 800 × 800 × 400 mm
  Custom clamp adaptations for other block dimensions are available on request.

Equipped with:

• Two hydraulic cylinders for 90° tilting of concrete blocks

• PU-coated clamping profiles with white polyurethane rubber for secure gripping

• Sliding beam with two hydraulic cylinders for adjustable clamping width

• Pressure reducing valve with integrated pressure gauge

• Both clamp arms fitted with two tapered I-beam profiles

• Dual lower beam with single black rubber pads (included), ensuring stable clamping of the load

Forklift mounting system:

Integrated fork sleeves permanently fixed under the top frame, equipped with:

• Two hydraulic connections for clamp open/close function

• Heel locks and fork clamps for secure, robust, and easy attachment and removal
